The Notenspur Salon series of events, organised by Leipzig's Notenspur e. V. since 2009, revives the 19th-century salon tradition and cultivates music recitals and discussions in small groups. The popular concert series demonstrates the solidarity between the houses on the Notenspur, most of which have been awarded the European Heritage Label.
