Would you like to participate in the development of a historically important cultural institution on an international level and actively contribute your skills to the secretariat of the Schumann House, which was awarded the European Heritage Label in 2018 and is currently one of the most modern music museums in Germany? The Schumann-Verein Leipzig e.V. is looking for an employee for the secretariat of the house from January 2023.

Among other things, the following tasks await you: - Bookkeeping incl. accounting of subsidies - account management - correspondence - member support - Event coordination (e.g. booking of travel groups, educational workshops, etc.) - Acquisition of travel groups - Supervision of the museum shop - Supervision of concerts on weekends Weekly number of hours: 30h

Requirements: - Completed training (optional) as a management assistant in office management or office communication; personnel services management assistant; media management assistant; European secretary; assistant for tourism and hotel management or similar. - Languages: German and English fluent
